Hi, I am Betina,
a color enthusiast, a languages geek, passioned by different cultures and all things related to creativity. Originally from Brazil, I currently live in Nanjing, China.
Two aspects of fashion have fascinated me since I was a child: the power of transformation and expression, and the stories each piece of clothing carries. I grew up with a wardrobe of pieces inherited from family members. I cherish precious memories of exploring different eras and styles and transforming myself into new characters through the history of those clothes.
Today, my purpose is to inspire people, through the final results of my projects or the collaborations I make along the way. I believe that the objects around us have the power to inspire us and make our daily lives more enjoyable. Additionally, I know it is possible to achieve this by respecting people and the environment
I collaborate with companies to create inspiring collections and projects, bridging design, sustainability, and communication, to deliver more value to people.
My approach to design is holistic, bridging conceptual and technical skills with production knowledge, sustainability, and communication. For me, collaboration is essential. I love to contribute to the work of others, combining experiences and boosting initiatives.
Each new project offers numerous opportunities for learning and connecting with diverse people, enriching our work. This contributes to my greater goal: to deliver more value to people and encourage them to use, care for, repair, and perhaps even pass down the pieces I create.
